My HPT5054 has no picture but has sound and will change channels, the menu will not pull up and afterit's on for a minute or so it smells like burnt plastic. Any suggestions

0 I do not need the manual at this time, I am trying to get an idea of what could possibly be wrong with this unit so that I can determine a possible cost to see if its worth fixing.
