1 how can i adjust my tv size its too much at the tom so i cannot see the people head manual is not telling me how to adjust the size

0 I recently lost my screws to screw the base to the tv and I am looking for what size screw it takes or a copy of the manual. My tv model is DN-423F it's a 42 inch tv
