Why can't I get a picture on my 2 year old 32 in hisense tv. Turned it off last night, tried to turn it on today, nothing. Unplugged for 15 mins, nothing. When I plugged it back in blue (on) light stayed on for about a second, then back to red.(off) changed batterys in remote, used power button (manually), still nothing. It's getting power, just won't turn on
