Question About Flat Panel Television PLTV-27NW30
wont stay on......

power light goes green for 3 seconds then back to red, but the backlight on the screen does come on and stay on. is there a way to solder a jumper wire from a similar voltage area of the power supply to the faulty area? I am capable of board soldering
