Turn on the tv and after warmup it comes on. 10 s...

Turn on the tv and after warmup it comes on. 10 seconds the lamp turns off and blue light blinks. Then lamp turns on. 10 seconds and lamp turns off... Repeat. Any idea? Lamp starting to go?
