Hi, our VIP1003 Set Top Boxes are connected to an IPTV System. One problem that I encounter with some of these STBs is that upon power on, the first two dots successfully completed that they are at green. However, upon reaching the third dot, red color is indicated and the entire STB restarts or resets. Cabling has been checked and working.

0 Thanks, this is a troubleshooting and repair issue. Anybody knows what is the cause of this problem. I already tried installing this to a cabin with a functional STB, remove the one installed and replaced it with this malfunctioning one, but to no avail.
