Question About Universal Remote RR0107UD
new remote wont turn on the TV...

This thing has no button to select the TV or VCR. When it is turned on it goes directly to the VCR and I cant figure out how to switch it to the TV. It is a replacement for the original remote for my shop TV. How do I operate the TV with this remote? Is there a manual for it?
