5 i have the same remote. make sure the tv is on. aim remote directly at tv. ok lets say u want to program the tv "hold the tv button untill the lite on top of remote stays on" then press ch up or chanel down as soon as tv powers off then hit the ok button. and thats done.

4 make sure dont press the button anymore after the tv turns off. or u will have to start over

0 If you do happen to go past the channel (usually by 1 click)Just use the opposite ch button(either up or down) to go back that 1 click and then procede. Keeps you from starting over.
