why does the remote harmony 200 flash all three command buttons at the same time?

5 not sure why this happens, but the fix is to remove the batteries, press the #2 button for 3 seconds, and reload batteries while keeping #2 pressed in. remove finger after batteries are loaded....buttons should stop blinking.
