Question About VCR cmv-62002
Help needed....

For the past few weeks my VCR has the word SAFE on the digital screen. I tried turning it on and pressing buttons but nothing happened. Last night I put a VHS in and it turned on, but spit the tape out and now it won't turn off. I have misplaced my manual and would like some help with this issue. Thank you!
