For the Panasonic TV set model TC14S10A how does one enter the service mode (setup or adjust mode -- or whatever you want to call it)? Supposedly, it's simultaneously holding the 'volume down' key on the TV set and 'recall' on the remote control but my remote has no 'recall' button on it. Whilst pushing various other buttons on the remote and simultaneously holding the 'volume down' key on the TV I managed to reduce the vertical height but I can't repeat the trick. What I want to do is to be able to adjust BOTH the height and width so that the TV doesn't overscan (at present, it overscans to such a degree that many movie titles etc. are off screen). Also, what other features/adjustments are in service mode the do not exist on the normal function mode?
