The DVD player seems to be working properly. However, the connection from the DVD player to the TV is not working. We have an XBox connected to the DVD player and the xbox works but the DVD player doesn't transmit the connection the TV. The TV also seems to be working as it displays HDMI in the upper left hand corner. All the products are working properly, there just seems to be a problem with the connection from DVD player to TV.
