Mijn Guide plus systeem werkt niet goed. Er worden bijna geen programma's meer geladen. De set-up, zoals is aangegeven op pag 23 van de handleiding werkt niet meer. Bij een poging om bv. de postcode te wijzigen komt de mededeling: "deze actie is nu niet mogelijk" Uit en weer aanzetten van het apparaat helpt niet. Het apparaat staat in 'standby'. Het bericht 'Guide' op het scherm van het apparaat brand geregeld voor langere tijd. De datum en tijd zijn goed ingesteld. Het gast kanaal staat op Euro sport 2. Mijn postcode 5672TT is ingevuld. Nacht download staat aan. Mijn TV provider is 'onsnet'. Heeft U een oplossing?

5 Ik heb exact hetzelfde probleem heb onsneteindhoven gebeld en die zeggen dat het aan guideplus ligt maar ik ben 2 maanden geleden overgestap van upc naar ons net en sindsdien wekt mijn guideplus niet meer. ligt dus aan onsnet

0 Translation to English. My guide plus+ does not work correctly. There is hardly any program loaded. The set-up, as described at page 23 of the manual, does not work anymore; an attempt to change the postal code causes the message: 'This action is not possible now.' Switching the equipment Off and On again does not help. Date and time are set correctly. The host channel is set to Euro sport (as advised at the website. My postal code 5672TT is correct. Night download is set On. Do you have any solution?
