Hi.I went to holiday for 4 weeks and switched off my prouduct from plug but when I cameback after I switched it back on,all my freesat channeles disappeared and when I tried to retune them it gave message as connection problem and dish alligment plus this code F5 0,can you help me please to fix the problem
