Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-E55
how do I reset my remote to get back to using it...

I was sitting my remote up and seeing there was other systems in the on-screen menu quick on system Two it locked me out of the system how do I get back to system one to let me use my remote..? -Russell-
