I am unable to play DVDs on my recorder, whenever I put any in it says THIS DISC MAY NOT BE PLAYED IN YOUR REGION even though all my discs are region 4 which is Australias region. It was suggested to me by a **** Smith expert that the recorder may be locked on the wrong region. How do I fix this? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
