I bought the DMR-E100H, worked fine, but once I was using it, and we had a blackout, then the energy returned and the DMR-E100H showed self check, immediately showed the message "bye" and then "an error has occur" is stuck, I read the entire manual and I could not solve the problem, perhaps the hard drive is damaged. Please I need help.
