5 It will never let u record anything on a tv and u need a video stabilizer in order to do. It is like saying u try to copy a DVD protected video and that will not work unless u have something to break the code. I do video recording and editing and use these tools in order to record copy protected videos and have been doing this for many many years... I hope this will help u. Btw also look for a region free code for your DVD recorder if there is any and that way your DVD recorder can play all regions, which means USA movies and movies from out of country. My DVD recorder is not region free but maybe yours is and region free is region 0 btw.
