Panasonic DMR-EH 65. When I want to play stuff I´...

Panasonic DMR-EH 65. When I want to play stuff I´ve recorded I press Functions on the remote and playback.Then i get : This disc is not formated properly. Cannot play. But I´m not trying to play a disc! I must have pushed a button by accident but I have no idea which one. Can you help? Kind regards Majbritt (CPH)
