panasonic #dmr-es46v, tape will not eject have not...

panasonic #dmr-es46v, tape will not eject have not disasembled the case the unit has never been used to play/record a vhs tape but after I bought it I put a vhs tape in the machune and forgot about it now it will not eject, any solutions other than taking it apart?
