Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EX77
record from HDD to DVD disc...

I have read all 87 pages of the manual and cannot find any clues as to how to record from the hard drive to a DVD-R disc. Please give me some hints. Thamk you , Peter F.Green.
