Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EZ47V
recording tv...

I am a teacher and would like to be able to record news snippits. Using VCR tape you can record, from tv,stop it ,then take it out, and play it, Then you can bring it back and add mor to the tape. I want to do that using dvd. Is it possible? Thank you
