Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EZ48V
remote control...

over 50% of the time the remote refuses to engauge at the right moment and sometimes won't work at all. I think it's broke I just purchased this unit Aug. 08 I gather it's still under warranty how or who do I need to see about replacing it. I called one group Team 20 and never heard back from them.
