Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EZ475V
Tray won't open...

Tray will not open. Was playing DVD made on computer. Image froze. Display reads OPEn (but won't), Read, CLOSe & No Disc. Have turned unit off, Have unplugged unit. Can't get it to eject disc.

0 Did either of you figure this out? I have the same issue. Tried to play a DVD made on the computer. It would not play, but it did eject. However, ever since then the tray will not open. It says it is opening, but it does not. Then it goes to "No Disc". Any solution?
