Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EZ37V
unit code RC1 on DVD model# DMR-EZ37V...

any button i press on remote gives me RC1 on the unit. i can't reset the code because all buttons give me RC1. remote is useless. any ideas?

5 in my case the code was Rc3 so i hold the enter button and the number 3 and it begins to works Thaks

5 On your remote hold the "enter" button and the number "1" button down for 5 seconds. That will then solve the problem & you can use your remote. I just had the same problem & my manual said to do that & it worked. Some how the remote control code got out of whack, therefore causing a problem. That should resolve that for you.

0 THANK YOU BOTH!!! I'd like to add a notation - My remote does not have a button marked "enter", so I tried the "Input Select" and it did not help. Then I tried the "OK" with the number 1 (for code RC1) and Presto! I now have TV again. Thank you so much!!
