Question About Panasonic DVD Recorder DMR-EZ37V
Unit will not respond to remote control...

When any butten is pushed on the remote, RC1 is displayed on the unit. I cannot get any response from the unit other than showing RC1. I have reset the unit time and time again. However I do not know how to reset the remote. Any help is appreciated.
