Yes, it was plugged into a highly rated surge suppressor, and all other devices on the same circuit (and everywhere else in the house) are fine. This happened once before, and I was able to get it working again by some voodoo that involved unplugging all cables, letting it sit for awhile, then plugging in only the power, pushing various buttons throughout the process. It's been fine for months after that episode, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be working this time. There is a reset button under the hinged front panel cover, next to the card reader, but it does nothing, at least in every combination of other buttons that I tried (but there may be a magic combo of buttons of which I am unaware). Any ideas would be appreciated - thanks! Dan
