DMR-ES40V is a combo DVD/VHS when I connect it to my HD TV the screen on the Combo Unit says "F60" what is wrong? I have it connected with RCA Cables from the Combo Unit OUT and on the TV IN. I am using a HDMI cable from the HD Digital Cable Box to the TV. Thank you
