I have a DMR-EZ485v and when I try to use the remote it displays RC1. In the manual it says the code is wrong to change it. But when I push the buttons it tells me to all it will do is display the RC1. I even tried to reset it. I have unplugged the power and left off for about 5 minutes. Put new batteries in the remote, don't know what else to do.

0 I have the manual downloaded. The remote was working and then it started The RC1 when I tried to use it to operate the DVD player. I tried what the manual said but it wouldn't work.
