I cannot adjust the picture size. It is currently to large. When the programme is showing close up, the top of peoples heads cannot be seen. When watching sky news I cannot see the bottom 2 lines of text. When a football match is showing, I cannot see the time recorder in the top left hand. I have tried adjusting the picture setting, but nothing happens. I have tried all combinations of 4.3, 4.3L and 16.9 through sky. I have also tried adjusting the screen on TV through the menu screen, but nothing seems to change. I can get all the above on other tv's in the house, so it is not sky. The problem started when sky plus was paused and something happened, leaving me with a large picture. Hopefully this will make sense.
