Question About Panasonic DVD VCR Combo NV-VP32
total stop of operation...

My folks have a NV-VP32 combo DVD / Video player and this has stopped operating in the middle of the tape playing. The error code "F09" appears on the front panel - but the only reference in the manual referes to "No Sound or Distorted Sound" - can any one help?
