Air Filter Cleaning...

Owner's manual ask you to contact a dealer to clean. Mfctr says some will tell you how to over the phone, others charge.

5 Panasonci Pt-43LCX64/PT-50LCX64/PT-60LCX64 Don't buy the manual if you're wanting to access the air filter to clean it yourself. I just got ripped off. The catch--we hired a tech. He came out fiddled around with the T.V. a little--left & two weeks later the same problems--this after several hundred dollars. He didn't know how to clean the filters either--& just ripped us off. This is one screwed up T.V. that Panasonic has put out. The little red light flashes telling you to contact a tech to clean the filter--then the tech doesn't know how to do it? So we tried to contact Panasonic--no ANSWER--no REPLY--just tells you to contact a tech. So we tried ourselves--GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND SOME KIND OF FILTER! Don't buy the about model number T.V.'s--no matter what!
