Question About Panasonic Flat Panel Television TH-58PX60U
Can not turn off the Closed Caption for HD...

I am using Comcast digital program. When viewing its HD channles (701 - 708), the CC is always on. It doesn't get turned off regardless how do I change the CC setting. Welcome any tip.

3 I use a cable box and still want to get rid of the CC - I keep trying to turn it off and it will not turn off. How can I do this without disconnecting from the cable box?

2 I am having the same problem on my panasonic 42 plamsa tv. I cannot understand it only on HD channels.

0 After talking to Panasonic, we determined, by taking the cable wire out of the cable box and hooking it up DIRECTLY to the TV. There is no CC on hd channels. YEAH. Call your cable service folks. I am still trying to contact them, but at least it is not our very expensive tvs!

0 I've been having the same problem. Did you find a solution? Have you tried HDMI cable instead of the five cables?
