my tv has the no signal message come up on the scr...

my tv has the no signal message come up on the screen when i turn it on. the antanea cable is plugged into both the wall outlet and the back of the tv. the tv input is selected and it shows what channel you are on. what do i do to get the signal back??? have i pressed a button i shouldnt have???
