Question About Panasonic Flat Panel Television PT 61HX40
Not powering up...

I have a Panasonic CinemaVision PT-61HX40B. Model year 2000. When I try to power it on nothing happens. I hear a continuous clicking noise and smell a unique, almost burning, aroma.
