Question About Panasonic Flat Panel Television TC 26LX60
portion of TV screen turned blue...

the left third of the TV has turned blue. When I watch a show the colors of the show somewhat cover up the blue, but you can still tell that it's there, the colors on that side look odd, and the colors appear to have comet tails as the colors change. This happened a month after I bought it new and I have no idea why. How do i fix this?
