The tv stand by light is flashing red and the remote controls don't work. wife thinks she may have activated 'live pause' function. i can't get the tv to turn on to access the options, screens to re set. What can I do as turning off power at the wall did not help.

2 Thanks but i have this manual. I can't turn the TV on so can't use the on screen help. How can i reset or disable feature.?
