i need to know if my tv (PT-51HX42f )is equipped with the digital converter needed to receive digital channels. I hooked up a digital HD Amplified antenna and i did not receive any digital channels. i was informed that being it is a 1080i unit it should automatically pick up the channels when we autotuned. i also had heard from someone else that being it was made in 2002, it did not come with the digital converter already installed in that production year.
