Hello I have a PT-53WX53 tv. I was watching it and the action menu appeared without me touching my remote. Now the remote can't control the tv nor am I able to turn it off by use of the buttons. The only thing I can do it make the action menu disappear by pushing the the volume buttons. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
