Question About Panasonic Projection Television PT-50LC14
No Red...

Got screen message to replace lamp. After about 1 week, colour went mostly green. Changed lamp, message gone but colour still mostly green. Have adjusted color, tint, picmode but still no red. What's wrong? Help requested.
