Question About Panasonic Projection Television PT-52LCX15

there is 3-green and 1-red spots on the screens, and a message comes up every time I turn the tv on that says to change the lamp and reset the lamp timer. I changed the lamp but the green and red spots did not go away. I can't not reset the lamp timer. I don't have the original remote control. I follow the instructions to reset the lamp timer with my cable remote control, but it didn't work.

0 How do I get the green blue and yellow spots on my TV screen to go away? Also purple outline on bright ares of the picture screen.
