TV PROBLEM...

WHEN TV IS TURNED "ON", THE GREEN START BUTTON ONLY FLASHES BUT THE SCREEN WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. AFTER A MINUTE OR SO OF FLASHING, IT CHANGES TO RED.
