i have the above tv with the channel bottons broke off i can however change by pushing in on buttons inside however i cannot do anything else with tv menu or vcr the univ remote only programs to vcr but i cannot get it to play. i am guessing that this tv must use the remote designed for it? I can access the manual on line but cannot find out about the remote. help please * the only tv I can find comparable to this one is the pvm2037 looks identical to mine.
