Question About Panasonic TV VCR Combo None
Screen remains black when I plug unit into wall...

I just bought a used Panasonic PV C1330W TV VCR. When I plug the TV into an electrical outlet and press power, a blue light flashes but the TV screen remains black. What should I do?
