Question About Panasonic Universal Remote None
lights on, does not work...

The Action button and the 4 buttons around it are always lit, and other buttons do not work. I thought it was a battery problem, and replaced batteries. But the problem persists. Please help.

0 Try to reset your remote. I had a similar problem and this is what they told me to do when I called customer support. Remove the batteries and press every button on the remote 2 times. I went through all of the buttons and then went through them again. Replace the batteries and it should be reset to the factory settings.
