Question About Panasonic VCR NV-HV60
Broken Remote Controller...

My Remote control has broken and I wish to know if I can buy a replacement. I moved house a while ago and I havn't been able to use my VCR. The VCR is not connected to the TV and I wish to know if I can tune it in manually. Thanks

5 Do you mean tv remote or vcr remote? There are universal remotes that you can set to suit the device(s) including on-screen menus. If it is the vcr remote which got damaged - then NO you cannot tune channels or skip manually - this model requires the remote - you will need a new one. Good news though: you may be able to get one from eBay or similar places; including electronics stores everywhere. Even though it is only a suggestion, eBay remotes (not necessarily old or secondhand) should solve your problem and it is cheaper than replacing the entire vcr or tv. Universal remotes will also work your tv in most cases as well as dvd and vcr. Worth a shot!
