Question About Panasonic VCR nv-sj400
changing the time with daylight saving...

Can someone tell me how to alter the time on the video recorder please. I can get the menu up, move from year, month date but cannot work out which button I need to press to alter the time which I need to do because of daylight saving - many thanks if you can assist me - Trish
