Question About Panasonic VCR NV J11 HQ
Fix tracking without remote control...

Help - I was given an old VCR that had been sitting around doing nothing for a couple of years. I am trying to transfer all my home movies and decided to clean the heads before putting any of my precious tapes into the machine. I need to know how I can fix the tracking. Without a remote control. Can anyone suggest anything?
