i have a panasonic nv-sd2am vcr that records pal and has ntsc playback, when i play a cassette i can see a partial picture, but i get a lot of specs on the screen( looks like the tracking is off) the sound is OK. What can cause this? I have tried to adjust the tracking, but it is still the same. I bought the machine when i moved from South Africa to Canada so that i could watch my tapes recordedin pal--Thanks
