Question About Panasonic VCR NV-SJ200
No RF output...

I cant see any output when connecting through the fr out & when I use composite the channels are suffering interference. I have tried holding the menu button for 5secs but i cant alter the RFout to anything other than CH3 & CH4....HELP!!!!!
